For the best results when printing, set your web browser's left, right and bottom margins to 0 inches, and your top margin to 0.5 inches.
How to set page margins in Internet Explorer 8/9/10/11: Click on the gear in the upper right, then Print, then Page Setup... adjust margins and click OK.
How to set page margins in Google Chrome: In Print Report, select More Settings, then Margins and change it to Custom... adjust margins on the preview click Print.
